Extended Returns Period
Please ensure your return complies with our returns policy. Once the returned item been received, we’ll refund you via your original payment method, which can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. A separate email will be sent to you once refund has been made on our end.
We’ve extended our returns period over the holiday season, offering more flexible returns for all orders placed between 15 Jan to 31 Jan. The returns and exchange period will be extended to 30 days.
