Reward Programme

This point system sets out to enhance the shopping experience online (and offline, during our pop-up events) by rewarding our shoppers with E-vouchers for their continuous support for the brand. 

How do I join to receive points?
Signing up an account on our website automatically entitles you to the rewards system. Points will be added once you've made purchase(s) online. Signing up also keeps you in the loop for exclusive promotions and birthday rewards!

What are some of the benefits?
You will be rewarded for all purchases made online with 2 points for every (Singapore) dollar spent.

On top of that, you will enjoy additional points on your birthday month. As points accumulate, you're given the option to exchange for E-vouchers to enjoy further discounts.

How many points do I need before I can exchange for E-voucher?

Are the points automatically added to my account?
Yes, points will be tabulated and deposited in your account automatically upon payment. Otherwise, please send us an e-mail at customercare@salientlabel.com for technical glitch.

Is there a minimum amount imposed before I can start earning points?
All purchases, regardless of amount, will be entitled to the rewards system. This includes purchases on sale and promotion.


How does the voucher redemption work?
When you are eligible for an e-voucher claim, the system will allow you to select from available options at 'Shopping rewards'. Simply copy the e-voucher code and paste it upon cart-out. Nonetheless, the code will not expire if it is unused. 

How do I check my points balance?
Simply log into your account and click "Shopping rewards" tab on the bottom right (for mobile) / bottom left (for desktop view) to view your existing balance.

Do my points have an expiration date?
No.

What do i do when points are not reflected in my account?
Simply drop us an email at 
customercare@salientlabel.com and wait for us to get back to you.

Can I redeem points for purchases made in stockists / fairs?
We regret that its use and redemption is only valid on www.salientlabel.com, unless otherwise stated. For all fairs, you may wish to leave us your name and registered email for points to be added.

Can I redeem points for purchase of sale items?
Sale items are included in the system.


My birthday can be edited multiple times, what is happening?
You will only be awarded once per year for your birthday. So if you change your birthday after being awarded, it won't be until the following year that you'll be awarded on that "new" birthday.

Will my points be valid after returns or exchanges?
Points accumulated adjusted to item exchanged. Points will be re-adjusted for all items refunded.
