How to return
We’ve extended our returns period over the holiday season. To find out more, view our holiday shipping dates here.

As part of our commitment to reduce our carbon footprint, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.

Return process
Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it. We highly recommend returning your order to us with our free returns pick-up service as unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage will not be reimbursed or entertained.

How to return
1. Go to 'Account', 'View Account' or click here
2. Find the order you want to return or exchange and click 'Return / Exchange'
3. Select Return / Exchange and reason for your choice.
4. Seal mailer bag or reuse our paper bag. 
5. Upon receiving the email for your return label, print and attach return label onto sealed packaging.

All exchanges / returns should have their tags intact, stain-free and garments should be unworn. 

For orders placed outside of Singapore
Once the returned item been received, we’ll refund you via your original payment method, which can take up to 15 working days to process depending on your  bank or payment provider. A separate email will be sent to you once refund has been made on our end.

The following categories are not returnable: pieces marked SALE, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Regular priced-items

We accept a one-time return-and-exchange for all regular priced items (with certain product exception, see above) as long as you email us within 2 days of receiving your order. Shipping fee for full-priced item returns will be borne by us. 

Sale items
For international orders, returns and exchanges for sale pieces are not available.
