Carbon Footprint
Shipping & distances
We are also trying our best to reduce carbon footprint, by working closely with clothing manufacturers located in the same city as where our fabrics are sourced from. This reduces business and freight flights.
We have also ceased consignment sale with all brick-and-mortar stores out of Singapore as greater distances mean bigger footprints.
Photoshoots are also done at cities where the factories are located at instead of sending it to other countries for photoshoot to be done.
"Freight makes up 10 - 33% of the carbon footprint of an e-commerce sale." All our samples and product pieces are sent via sea freight, instead of the usual air freight as we are a slow fashion brand.
Recyclable Packaging
According to carbonclick.com, "packaging makes up at least half of the footprint of an online sale." The carbon dioxide generated for production of paper is 19.9 times lesser than PVC (clear plastic).

Drop us a note and opt for our unwaxed paper bag when making a purchase with us.
Opt for regular delivery and less returns
Express deliveries significantly increase carbon footprint as the drivers have to make a special trip to the designated locations. By opting for regular deliveries, you will help by lowering carbon footprint as the drivers will send parcels to locations at the same area.
